Thank you for shopping at Almaaz.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase, we invite you to review our refunds and returns policy.
The following terms apply to all products you have purchased from us.

Interpretation
The words whose initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in the singular or plural.

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request from you to purchase goods from us.
- Service refers to the website.
- Website refers to Almaaz, accessible via almaaz.nl
Your Order Return Rights
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.You have the right to return your order within 14 days without giving a reason.
The deadline for returning an order is 14 days from the date on which you receive the goods or on which a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by emailing info@almaaz.nl
We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the order and no administrative fees will be charged for such a refund.
Returns Conditions
To ensure that the goods are eligible for return, you must ensure that:
- the goods have been purchased in the past 14 days.
- the goods are in the original packaging and are in unused condition.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse returns of any goods that do not meet the return conditions below :
- goods that are made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
- goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and of which the seal has been broken after delivery.
Unfortunately, goods for sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if prohibited by applicable law.
Returning goods
You are responsible for the costs and risk of returning the goods to us. You must send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost during returns. That is why we recommend an insured and traceable postal service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of return delivery received.
Gifts
If the goods were marked as a gift at the time of purchase and then shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift voucher for the value of your return. Once the returned product has been received, you will receive a gift voucher.If the goods were not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the donor had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send the refund to the donor.
